Nine

9 years ago, I wondered why we sat outside in the cold February air.

9 years ago, we drank hot cocoa by the river in the town with the Red Mill.

9 years ago, we finally went inside and this sign adorned the bridge (thanks to a wonderful sister.)

9 years ago, I said “yes.”

Yes, to a life with this guy.

And this family.

I’m so glad he asked ;)

It wouldn’t be possible without this clever couple!

The day we got engaged was such a happy day…more later on the joys and trials since then. For now, I’ll let the photos (originally taken with a 35mm camera!) tell the story.
